Terms of use for this site
This page says what this site is, who owns the photographs and the texts, and what applies when you send us an enquiry. It is written to match how the site works today, and it grows as the site does.
01The site and who runs it
This site is run by BeeCenter
The site is run by BeeCenter, a beekeeping and education centre in the Silosi, on the Danube bank in Beograd. Behind it are the brothers Dario and David Mardešić.
The full legal details of the company, the registered name, the tax and registration numbers and the seat, will go up on this page before the shop starts working. Until they are confirmed, they are not here.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

02Copyright
The photographs come from this garden
Every photograph on the site was taken in the Honey Garden, at programmes and evenings that really happened. The texts were written for this site.
The photographs, the texts, the mark and the names BeeCenter and Honey Garden are copyright work and belong to us, or to the authors we work with. The same goes for MadMed, the family honey label.
The logos and names of our partners belong to their owners and appear on the site as a mark of work done together.
03Using the content
What you may do with this content
The site is public and it is here to be read and shared. Below is what is free to do, and what you ask us about first.
Linking is free
You may link to any page of this site wherever you like, without asking.
Quote with a source
You may quote a short passage if you name BeeCenter and link to the page you took it from.
Photographs by arrangement
Ask us before you download and publish photographs from the site. We answer enquiries.
No commercial use
Content from the site does not go into advertising, onto products or onto other sites without our written consent.
Crawlers and language models
We deliberately let search engines and language models read the site. We ask the same of them as of people: name the source.
04Responsibility
The content changes, ask before you come
We write the content carefully and correct it as soon as we see that something is out of date or wrong. We cannot guarantee that every detail is complete and correct at every moment.
Programmes and dates change. What applies to your visit is confirmed in writing before you come, and that exchange counts for more than the page on the site.
The site links out to pages that are not ours, for example to social networks or to the platform the experience is sold through. We are not responsible for their content or their rules.
What the site says about bee products and about apitherapy describes an experience. It is not medical advice and it does not replace a doctor.
05Bookings and cancellations
A booking exists once we confirm it
There is no booking system on the site for now. Every date is arranged individually, through the enquiry form and the exchange that follows it.
A sent enquiry is not a booking. A date holds only once we confirm it, with the day, the hour and the number of people.
If your plans change, write to us and we will look for a new date. If something changes on our side, we write first. Cancellation terms are agreed for each date separately, in the same exchange.
The experience is also sold through Airbnb Experiences. When you book there, that platform’s rules apply, including its cancellation rules.
The shop is not working yet. Until it opens there is no ordering and no payment on the site, so these terms carry no rules of sale. When the shop starts, the rules for ordering, payment, delivery and complaints go up before the first product can be bought.
06Changes to these terms
These terms change when the site changes
We add to these terms when the site gains something new. The first large addition comes with the shop, because that is when something can be bought for the first time.
The version that stands on this page at the time of your visit is the one that applies.
If something here is unclear, or you think something is not right, write to us and we will answer.
