01How the charge works
Four steps, none of them sees your card
You enter the card with ChipCard
The button takes you to the secure page of ChipCard a.d. Belgrade. The card number stays there; we only get the last four digits.
The first charge the next day
The card is checked at once, and 480 RSD is charged the following day. Membership and the discount apply from that payment, and a confirmation e-mail arrives at your address.
The same day every month
The charge repeats monthly. If it fails, the system retries, you get an e-mail and you see it on the account.
Cancel with one click
Cancelling stops the next charge. The paid month runs to its end, and you can join again at any time.
Questions before joining
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancelling is on this page, with one click and no notice period. The next charge will not happen, and the month you paid for runs to its end.
What if a charge fails?
You get an e-mail with the reason, and the system retries during the day. If the card no longer works, change it here or join again with a new one.
How do I change the card?
The „Change card" button sends a link to your e-mail; the card is entered on ChipCard’s page again. If the link does not arrive, cancel the membership and join again: the paid period is not lost, the new charge starts only when it ends.
Can I get a refund?
The membership fee is a monthly donation and a charged month is not refunded. If a charge went through by mistake, twice for example, write to us with the transaction number from the Payments page and we return it to the same card.
Do you see my card number?
No. The card is entered and stored with ChipCard, the card processor. On the account you see only the last four digits and the expiry month.
