What is charged and at what price
What is charged by card on this site is the Friends of the Honey Garden membership: 480,00 RSD a month, from a saved card, until the member cancels. The fee is a monthly donation to the club’s work; it gives members 5% off products in the shop and first word of actions and events.
All prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD), with para to two decimal places, and are charged in dinars. The membership amount is the final amount charged.
Products from the shop (honey, propolis, perga) are not charged by card on the site until the shop opens; they are ordered by enquiry and arranged directly.
Delivery
The membership is a service with no physical delivery. Membership starts with the first successful charge, and a confirmation with all the transaction details arrives at the member’s e-mail right after it. The card is not charged before the first due date: at entry it is only verified.
For products the method, time and cost of delivery are agreed in writing before the order is confirmed, because the shop on the site is not running yet.
Cancellation and complaints
The membership can be cancelled at any time from the account, with one click, with no notice period and no cost. Cancelling stops the next charge; the paid month runs to its end and is not refunded.
A complaint about a charge (wrong amount, a double charge, a charge after cancellation) is sent through the contact form with the transaction number from the Payments page of the account. We reply to the account e-mail and, if the complaint is justified, return the amount to the same card.

Protecting customers’ privacy
On behalf of David Mardešić PR Centar za negu i održavanje tela BeeCenter API komora Beograd we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data about customers/users and the data necessary for doing business and informing users, in line with good business practice and in order to provide a quality service. We give customers a choice, including the choice of whether or not to be removed from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly protected and available only to the employees who need it to do their job. All employees of David Mardešić PR Centar za negu i održavanje tela BeeCenter API komora Beograd are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Protecting confidential transaction data
When card details are entered, the confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. The security of the data during purchase is guaranteed by the card processor ChipCard a.d. Belgrade, so the whole charging process takes place on ChipCard’s pages. At no moment are the card details available to our system.
On the account you see only the last four digits of the card and the expiry month; those are the only card details we receive.
Refunds
In the event of returned goods and a refund to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full and regardless of the reason for the return, David Mardešić PR Centar za negu i održavanje tela BeeCenter API komora Beograd is obliged to make the refund exclusively through the VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods.
In other words: the money goes back to the same card that was used, by reversing the original transaction, never in cash or to a bank account.
