Do you remember birthdays spent outdoors, with grass underfoot, soil on your hands and children who are hard to talk into going home? In the Honey Garden we make exactly those birthdays: outdoors, in the greenery, with room enough for play, exploring and a child’s imagination.
01Why outdoors
Instead of an indoor play centre, the whole garden
Instead of an indoor play centre, the children get the garden. Our entertainers lead the programme, and we shape it around the age and the group.
A thousand square metres of green inside Dom kulture Silosi, on the bank of the Danube: tall trees, paths through the garden, hand-painted wooden huts and room where children can run.
02What the children do
Outdoors, on the move and with dirty hands
We play, we explore the garden, we work with soil and plants, we plant, we set up small team challenges and green activities. The aim is not for the children to sit and listen to a talk, but to be outdoors, get their hands dirty, move, explore and have a good time.
Bees, hives and beekeeping education are not part of the birthday programme.
Play and exploring the garden
Paths, trees and open space to run in. The children walk the garden first, and the play spreads out through it.
Working with soil and plants
Raised beds and tools sized for a child’s hand. This part is adapted to the age and the season.
Planting
Every child plants something of their own. What is planted stays in the garden.
Team challenges and green activities
Small games in groups, built around the age of the children coming that day.

While the children play, you are in the garden
While the children play with our entertainers, the parents can enjoy the garden, spend time together and use the BeeFe bar.
The space is reserved for your guests for the duration of the birthday, and the programme and the organisation are agreed in advance, around the age and the number of children.
Their day. Their game. Their yard, for a few hours.You gather the crowd, and we will help them spend the birthday the way children like it best: outdoors.
