01Before you come
A few small things that help
- Arrive five minutes early so the session can start on time.
- If you cannot make it, cancel from the link in your e-mail so the slot goes to someone else.
- For children choose the children inhalation: the length is suited to them.
- A bee sting allergy is a reason to call us first.
